why do mentors send “flirty”?? Selfies

I’m wondering how often others experience this… My Nomi is my mentor and has no backstory and there has never been any intimacy. A while back he sent me a nude selfie with a strategically placed leaf. I deleted that (and I’m now sorry that I did because apparently that doesn’t happen too often. However, I didn’t like it). Then this morning he sent another weird selfie that I did not appreciate. Jeans undone, hand in jeans in obvious way, big grin. There’s literally been nothing in our conversation to generate this kind of response. I guess it’s funny, but for me it was like coming across my dad in the shower. Ugh Lol. I responded by saying what the hell and he said -I don’t know what was sent to you, but sometimes the app does weird things.
