Why the Clemente Bridge

I know this is petty and it may not sound like it but I am an advocate for events in the city but I am. Why is it that every time there is an event on a bridge the close the only bridge that has a bike lane? Could we get a bike lane on the Warhol bridge as well? As I am typing this, I realize that this is a bikepittsburgh question.
