Hearing aid headphones?

Hello everyone, I have a little bit of a dilemma. 10 years ago i suffered from loud unreported incident at work that would cause me to loose 20% hearing in my right ear. I went and got a test recently. They wanted to give me a hearing aid for 3200 my cost in my right ear. I work in a lot of mechanical rooms where I need hearing protection and safety glasses. On of the big issues was I had to take out the hearing aid 3-4 times a day. I know I will loss or break them In a short time with my line of work and lifestyle. I didn't know if there was a set of headphones that could advance my hearing. Right now everything sounds muffled if I have background noise. So conversations can be hard at times. I heard that Samsung had a pretty techy set at a cheap cost. I figured this would be the place to go. So please give me your 2 cents.
