Patch 10 crash

As the titles says, after patch 10 my game just keeps crashing every 5-20 minutes in game. I have tried everything, and i mean everything. From reinstalling driver to reinstalling the game. I have messed around with CMD and other shit like that. I have tried everything but its unplayabale. Any tips guys? im at a loss here
