Stay at home mom recovery to partial hysterectomy

I am a stay at home mom to twin 4 year olds. They are in school full time. That being said I am still responsible to 2 human beings most of the time after and pre school. My husband is amazing and will help as much as possible but 2 months ago I had meniscus repair and he took of a lot of vacation time for that. What are your personal thoughts. Do you think I should wait it out until my knee is 100 percent. When will I be able to drive again. Will resting all day during school hours help speed up the process?
