Pickup Pole piece under PU Cover

I recently installed a pre-wired Pure Vintage '59 pickguard on my Strat. After setting it up and adjusting the pickups, I noticed that especially the pole piece for the b string on the neck pickup sits below the pickup cover. Is that normal or should I take a closer look and maybe try to gently push it up towards the cover? It doesn’t seem to affect the sound as far as I can tell, but I’d appreciate any insight!
