CMV: White People love Donald Trump because he represents what they want to be
The reason why white people love Donald Trump and made him the face of their race essentially is because that’s what they wish they could be, he represents their fantasy of what they want to do.
The entire MAGA philosophy was started by being unapologetic and saying what people are thinking out loud. You wouldn’t have that feeling if you didn’t want to be part of that yourself or at least feel like you were allowed to be that way. Trump talked about how MAGA is the silent majority, which white people are the majority so this makes sense. They’re silent because they don’t want to be judged, they have a fear of being judged because they want to be something they’re afraid to admit.
White people are tired of America becoming more brown, this is their pushback. They want America to stay white dominated. This is why they honor those who tried to continue slavery. Trump wants to rebuild the confederate statues that were previously taken down.

This is also why whites are upset about Bad Bunny performing at the Super Bowl, they don’t care that he’s a citizen. They don’t like that he’s brown and even worse against the cause. Bad Bunny had spoken out publicly against Trump many times and this is why ICE is going to be outside the Super Bowl, they want to invoke intimidation and fear as much as possible.

Donald Trump has become more than just a politician he’s becoming the face of the white race and has become a hero figure for white people because he has the courage to do what they wanted to do and that’s stop America from becoming too brown. This is why he’s such a prominent figure for them. They look up to him and are inspired by him because of his boldness. That’s why they love him so much, they feel as if he stands for what they stood for but were afraid to actually do.
