New To This & Trying To Understand

I use WeBull and outside of watching specific indicators, I also look at the "Analysis" tab to see if what I am thinking matches up and the why. The past few days I've been toying with TSHA, What I am not understanding is why the Analysis tab has it as a "Strong Buy" (75 %), "Buy" (25 %), but the stock has been on a steady decline for two days now. Is the "Analysis" tab reliable or not? I mean, the stock is clearly on a steady decline right? What am I missing/not understanding?
