Do I need to moisturise with sunscreen

Just got some Cerave hydrating Sunscreen that seems like it will do a good enough moisturizing too. I've heard that no matter what you always need to moisturise because skin that isn't properly hydrated will age badly. I've also notice some people here don't moisturise at all even with regular sunscreen.
