Do I have a shot at getting in

I’m applying to Vanderbilt and my stats are a 4.0 UW GPA with the highest rigor available at my school and a 34 ACT (34 on each section. I know my stats are good enough, but I think my EC’s are no where near strong enough to get in. They are pretty subpar and I have none relating to leadership or my major. My counselor has told me that my EC’s can be weaker than average because I am from a rural, low-income area and she has seen people with similar EC’s and weaker stats than me get in, but I just feel like there’s no way I’m getting in. I was wondering if anyone had any advice or input on this.
