Best small class B for someone who isn't "handy"

Looking for a recommendation for a Class B that is ready to go right off the dealer's lot! Youtubers all seem to think that the one they bought needed all kinds of handyman modifications; that is not something I would be interested in doing. This would be for road travel only, no off-roading or boondocking for me! Solo traveler; I want a toilet but am willing to live without a shower or hot water.
