Videx Visa Form - Multi Visa 1 year

Hello guys,

Question regarding the Videx Visa Form. I want to try for a 1 Multi Visa within the 90/180 Schengen Regulation for Shortterm visas.

So in the form I have to put the the day of arrival and the day of leaving. I did 17.12.2025 for arrival and 16.12.2026 for leaving. But when I want to create the pdf its says I have to put under 90 days. So do I have to put the planned dates for the first travel instead of the wanted validity of the muti Entry 1 year Visa?
