The team lead!!!

I am super sad, why? because there are changes in my team and my team lead with whom I am working since past 4 year has been moved out suddenly. I am not ethnic swed, normalized Swedish citizenship through work permit(working in IT). Coming from culture where men are very loud and women are not respected, it was a pleasant surprise working with him. I can't describe how much considerate he was, he is genius, highly intellectual and respectful +very competent. I can't even imagine that this kind of male version exists in the world. He talked politely and extremely jolly. Not even a single time he shouted or put us under pressure. Alpha male..simply 🙇.

And I still can't understand why he got divorce I mean how any lady can leave him,anyway His personal... But seriously he set bar too high to work with any new team lead. It's part of professional life to join or leave team but missing him a lot
