For people in 3rd sem,Can we connect for solving daily dsa and managing dev a bit,as it will be good to track progress and we have less time.?

I am in 3rd sem Ramaiah, and i am an absolute beginner, trying to juggle DSA and web dev together
what i have planned is that getting up at 4-5 am in morning and doing dsa till college starts at 9
then college hours will feel like a break anyway.
so after that, when i return back, I continue with dev from TOP
Is my approach correct?
or does anyone have any better suggestions??
