Yeah so today approximately at 9:40pm, around muffins Model Town A branch, I saw 16 year old kid who clearly was mentally unstable. He was exerting hyperness and confusion at the same time. Was well dressed. He stopped in the middle of the crossroads and when cars stopped around him, sprung up and ran towards HBL chowk.

Please be very careful! Allah us bachay ki bhi hifazat kre. Please tell your loved ones to watch out before any mishap happens.
