Huge Breakout

Discussion

Opendoor (OPEN) just broke out of its falling wedge — and I think I know why

There’s no direct news out yet, but there are a few things that might be fueling this breakout:

1.	Kaz (Opendoor CEO) mentioned accepting Bitcoin — and that’s been blowing up all over crypto media. The idea of being able to buy or sell real estate through Opendoor using Bitcoin has major viral potential.

2.	Vlad Tenev (Robinhood CEO) posted on X saying he could help Kaz with the upcoming earnings call. Vlad has been openly talking about tokenizing real estate, which could be revolutionary if Robinhood and Opendoor were to collaborate in any way. A partnership like that would give Opendoor massive exposure to millions of retail investors and crypto users.

3.	Trump posted last night about revitalizing the American dream of home ownership, saying he’s instructing Fannie Mae and Freddie Mac to start building houses again. The Housing Minister is also meeting with builders to ramp up construction. Any real policy push toward expanding housing supply would directly benefit Opendoor’s business model.

Combine those three narratives — crypto adoption, real estate tokenization, and government-backed housing expansion — and it’s no wonder we’re seeing volume spike and a clean breakout from the wedge.

Chart looks 🔥 — clean breakout of the falling wedge with strong volume. Something’s brewing here.
