How strong is an hypothetical post-chaldea emiya?

Ok so, contrary to most heroic spirit, emiya actually gets stronger over time since his skills improve (eye of the mind) and he gets more weapons for ubw, so my question is since in chaldea he gets a front row seat for all those noble phantasms and he gets to fight alongside so many heroes (which should help for eye of the mind since it's based on experience if i remember correctly), how strong would he be post chaldea when compared to before?
