How difficult would it be to become an accountant with a BA in arts?

Advice

I have a BA in philosophy, reasoning and ethics. Wrote lsat and am applying to law school for next year but I honestly am not sure law is the best option for me.

After working as a family law clerk for 3 years during my undergrad, I need to decide whether I want to spend the money going to law school (presuming i get in) or make a career change to something within the accounting field. I have a strong propensity for numbers and realistically prefer a job where I can plug away numbers all day.

Am I insane? Or is becoming an accountant or something within that field a possibility for me? I haven’t done much looking yet, and I plan to moving forward, but I figured I’d ask reddit to see if anyone has any advice. Thanks!
