How to deal with a right wing, newly Christian convert, recently turned Islamophobic friend.

Canadian Muslim here. I need help. I have a friend whose business I invested in last year. Her and I actually began our relationship professionally, and then became friends since 2023. In 2024 I learned that she was slowly growing right wing, but her stances overall weren’t concerning (I’ve had conservative friends in the past before). Last year she also started feeling lost spiritually and started researching the Abrahamic religions (was born into Buddhism originally, she’s Burmese). I was happy to know that I was going to have a friend convert to an Abrahamic faith, we used to discuss religion a lot and initially we were vibing. She converted to Christianity. Over time, I noticed that I was slowly starting to have to defend my religion? And just recently I guess she felt bold because on Instagram she started reposting content that feels very weird and Islamophobic. She also posts conspiracy theories which is giving tinfoil hat vibes. And I feel like she’s just bathing herself in propaganda, feeding into a Christianity vs Islam narrative. A hateful narrative.

I saved a lot of the content that she reposted as receipts but take a look and tell me she’s not Islamophobic?? I want to give her the shares back and want to end the friendship and I’m quite resolved in that, but how to go about it, I’m not sure. The last convo we had was actually about Charlie Kirk’s death and Palestine (she initially did not believe it was a genocide).

I want to debunk each post to her. I’m just more concerned about how to confront her. This is really uncomfortable honestly I never thought I’d be befriending a bigot. I’m afraid she’ll just think I’m “attacking” her freedom of speech, considering she’s defended Kirk. She’s the first Christian I’ve felt unsafe around given her posts, and sometimes I get the vibe that she’s hoping to one day shove her version of Jesus down my throat, as if muslims don’t love him already.
