Looking for 26/27 housing

Looking for housing starting in August next year. No preference for it being a studio/1 bed or having roommates. I'm a gay guy who has roomed with both men and women before so I have no real preference for that either.

Needs:
-on site parking (non negotiable)
-close to campus (walkable)
-budget is MAX $1k
