va claim for sinusitis was denied and PTSD was in development

My VA claim for sinusitis was denied today and my claim for PTSD was put in development. I just got the email notification. What do I do next? The reason they gave is down below. I am not sure they received all my information for sinusitis, but I know they got it for PTSD. Any insight on this issue would be really appreciated.

1. Service connection for sinusitis. Service connection for sinusitis is denied. Your service treatment records do not contain complaints, treatment, or diagnosis for this condition. The evidence does not show a current diagnosed disability.
