Best anti-gen perks?

Wether it's Gen regression, or just blocking them or whatever, what are the best perks at all?

If you need to know killer for any reason:

Myers (Scratched Mirror so M1) Onryo (I'm about to buy her so haven't played yet) Billy (Only M1 as i almost never use chainsaw to down anyone)

And anyother killer as well, so tell me what you think.

(My current most used perks are Pinhead's perk that blocks gens, sometimes ruin, tinkerer, maybe DMS with Billy and a perk that i ALWAYS use is Lethal Persuer, but im up to maybe stop using it)
