How do I get DLSS frame generation in this game for an rtx 4000 series mobile card

So im on a mobile 4070, rdr2 looks great and is well playable with 85fps (i know its good enough but more frames wont hurt) on ultra settings with dlss quality, but this game doesnt have native frame generation support and Id really like to use that, i tried fsr frame gen and other upscalers for more fps but nothing looks as good as dlss in terms of image quality, im aware that there is a dlss fg mod for rdr2 but idk how to download it, can someone help me with that? Rdr2 doesnt create a dlss enabler upscaler file for me and theres also no nvngnx.ini file made by rdr2 by default (optiscaler asks to replace the file with the optiscaler version but theres no rdr2 version of the file to be replaced with)
