Low Voltage Contractors: how much per man hour for ISP-commercial work, in the Midwest?

I am a low voltage contractor trying to get established in a new region. The majority of my labor involves routing fiber backbones and cat6A copper, in a data center environment. Terminations are completed with cable certification and labeling, to TIA standard.

My question is: What are you guys (ISP in a commercial setting) charging for your data cabling services, hourly?
