Rocket Toys "Pain" from Naruto

I have heard rumors that the new Rocket Toys Naruto figures are being announced and pre orders will follow. As someone who is new to collecting and trying to avoid resale prices, how can I make sure I'm always up to date? I do not know where to pre order these figures from, and I don't know how to find out when pre orders open. I NEEDDDD that Pain figure. Any advice is appreciated!!!
