Software update issues

Hey guys!

I've had my xm3s for 7yrs and never had any issues with anything at all, but yesterday I updated the software and am currently using them as I write this because sound cuts out for half a second every 2-3 mins or so and im so annoyed by this unnecessary update that I didnt need to do!

Has anyone has any problems similar to this?

Please help 😟😟
