Has anyone worked with Newsflair or Carters Media?

I’ve been reached out to by both of these groups to buy licensing for two of my videos…. The videos went viral on Instagram, Facebook and TikTok but not YouTube. They’re offering 70/30 split with 70% to me. Does anyone have experience with them?? Wondering if it’s legit and a good idea… TIA!! Also really glad I found this group because SO MUCH has happened since I went viral and I feel totally clueless lol
