UVH New gaming

Will they ever bring back the thing where once you go to TVH mode it will restart the campaign? The main reason i played the borderlands games was for being able to replay the campaign at a higher difficulty. Sure we have the replay function for certain missions but its not the same. I also understand that it would reset the world. But why not have both choices of what we have now and what im wanting?
