Switched from direct connection to Arc no surround

Hey,

i have an Nvidia Shield that was connected to my denon x2500h but dolby vision didnt work through it so i connected the shield directly to the tv (LG C4) and the tv with arc to the denon. now DV works but i only get PCM Stereo signal to the Denon. Any ideas ?
