E Ink Meshtastic Dashboard

Hey, i have this idea since a while. Already searched around to find similar projects, but didn't find anything. Maybe some one of you has seen something similar:

Basically a home assistant E ink dashboard like TRMNL, show home assistant stuff, weather forecast and what not, BUT also showing the latest Meshtastic messages of global channel or what you like.

Beside TRMNL there are already display from other manufacturers on the market. Most of them run with a esp32, which in my opinion won't cut it. So a combined version with a raspberry zero and a dedicated node, nrf52 for example would be better suited. I don't know X)

Point is, handheld/pocket/solar nodes are alle nice and cool. But it can't beat the convince of seeing at the first glance if a message has been coming in, to be able to read it instantly. If I want to replay of cause I would need to connect to the node.
