Job opportunities for someone with phd

Hello Des Moines, are there any open jobs for someone who has PhD in urban education? I have my phd from Morgan State. I also have my masters from the prestigous MIT Sloan School of Management. Looking for a place that is quick to hire, not too intrusive on the background check and paying a 300k salary.
