Hong Kong, Taiwan, Beijing or Shanghai

旅游 | Travel

For a black female student studying CS (major) who speaks Mandarin (minor), which semester program would you recommend? I know they are all urban, but she is looking to have less city life and more historic culture, speak mandarin and travel across Asia in the most economical way.

  1. CET Beijing (humanities) 2. CET Shanghai (humanities) 3. CET Taiwan (humanities) or 4. Hong Kong University of Science and Technology (engineering)

I think she will get the most credits from option 4, but she is ahead a semester so it may not matter. Leaning towards 4 even though they speak Cantonese.
