Is this a good NightBlade class?

I've been trying Morrowind lately and I kinda like short blades and magic. My question is: is this build good for a NightBlade?

My major skills are:

1. Short blade
2. Illusion
3. Mysticism
4. Alteration
5. Marksman

My minor skills:

1. Restoration
2. Alchemy
3. Destruction
4. Sneak
5. Security
