Should i buy a new setup?

I’m thinking about buying a new setup, a Penn fierce IV 4000 with a Dam quadra safar II 20-60g, i fish: Pike, Salmon, Seatrout, and Multiple Mackies at a time. But the pike in my area are small 1-3kg some specimens reach 7-10kg but that is really really rare, since the state is mass killing perch and pike in my area, i have a ML setup which is good and would work for these species but i feel like it would be too weak for salmon and seatrout. I fish in norway, more specifically akerselva in oslo, and numedalslågen in kongsberg. And i fish saltwater in Oslo and drammen
