"Please wait" problem on media button passat b6 2010 europe model

i have a passat b6 2010 2.0 tdi ,the navigation model is a rcd 510,when i press the media button it shows "please wait.." and won't load the screen.From time to time it is working , and the bluetooth button on the screen is sometimes white and working sometimes is grey.What can i do to erase the "please wait.." error ,i tried to unplug the bluetooth module and plug it in again but it didn't work.If you encoutered this problem and solved plsss tell me what to do.Thanks!!!
