Warning for Apartment Dwellers Pop Mart Orders

Just want to give a warning: Uni Uni left my package at the community mailboxes in the ground instead of my front door. It had a case of the Coffee Bean plush dolls. I contacted Uni Uni and opened a case AND contacted pop mart.

Uni Uni sent an email and confirmed package was mishandled by delivery driver. I sent the imo to pop mart and they won’t refund me or replace. I had to do a charge back on my credit card.

Keep in mind I have spent. Crap ton of money with pop mart in the past few months. Definitely over $1000.

Please be sure that any purchases you make are in a form that you can get your money back because Pop Mart cannot be trusted.
