Rekordbox STEMs, Midi Fighter Twister

Greetings, I am using DDJ-FLX4 and looking for a secondary MIDI controller to control isolated stem volumes and some more effects. Also to use along with Ableton and Push 3. Midi Fighter Twister looks like the best option so far in terms of size and capability in my case.

Here i have couple questions;

Should or must i use limited potentiometers instead of endless encoders for stems and effects in rekordbox?

Does anyone have an experience with MF Twister and Rekordbox combination before and what are their thoughts?

Would you recommend any other product or option for ISO Stem volume control?
