Manager changed schedule to where I would have to call off very frequently

I have my doctors appointments and I take care of my daughter who’s doctors appointments are already booked and manager was given a copy of what days for when I got hired. They cannot be changed or moved around, who do I talk to as I don’t want excessive call outs on my records. I already talked to my manager and he said I will still have to come in. Not in a position to quit, how can I make sure that it is well documented I tried other’s options in case they’re trying to fire me?
