Planning to go in November for 2nd h1b visa stamping post dui

I’m planning to go for my 2nd time h1b visa stamping after my dui incident. I already went through 221g admin processing, physician panel evaluation in April of last year and got the visa approved. Will I be subjected to 221g this time again?
