looking for a manga i read a while ago

i don't remember the title sadly, i just remember it was somewhat explicit, the main plot was about a japanese guy who fell in love with a foreigner named kiara, they had a one night stand before kiara was back to her homeland – an island – and the japanese girl decided to follow her. Kiara wasn't too happy about it but after a while they fell in love.

does anyone know that one? what's it called? or at least the japanese girl's name xd
