Accompanying non-English speaking family member to 26 federal plaza

N-400 (Citizenship)

Hello all. My grandparents are having N400 appointment in the following week. They are around age 80s and they do not speak English, and I am their grandson and have a US passport. Can I go in the 26 federal plaza building and translate/help them to the correct room for their appointment? Thank you.
