How do mods/anti-AIers "know" when something is AI vs. Photoshop?

I can't tell the difference between a lot of AI art and real art a lot of the time... and a lot of the time stuff just looks like something made in photoshop.

I just don't understand how people expect everyone to know what's AI, or police AI content when photoshop has been around for SO many years.
