Disposable vapes causing swallowing issues at night and early morning

Hi. I was a pack a day smoker for 10 years. Got on to the disposable vapes 5 years ago.

Last week i was getting sick and felt my throat closing up on me at night. Making it really hard to swallow. During the day it feels fine.

Went to the doctor to have it checked out and he said it does not even look swollen. Tonight im feeling it again. The constant need to swallow and im freaking out that it may be the vaping? But i have vaped for so long and ive never had this.

Anyone have any similar experience?
