I’m not sure what to do

Hey all,

I’m currently in a sexually active relationship with my partner, he is the first person I have ever had intercourse with. Recently had a burning sensation in which I was put on antibiotics on and took it for 1 week straight. Just a week ago I’ve noticed brurning again and decided to just look down there.. I noticed a purple bump on my labia.. I freak out and told my partner to take me to the urgent care keep in mind no gyno was open, so he took me they swabbed the area took a urine sample and it came back abnormal, I did test negative for all std’s plus herpes The doctor told me that I have a slight bv and reoccurring uti and he put me on metronidazole and Nitrofurantoin. I just recently noticed wierd cottage like discharge and I’m pretty sure I got a yeast infection from the anti biotics. My doctor just put me on fluconazole to treat the yeast infection, I’m currently taking the uro vaginal probiotics to help build back that good bacteria, and really thinking about doing Boric acid as well.. not sure where to go from here, it’s impossible to get with a gyno especially as a new patient. I’m not sure if the bump could be bruising or trauma.. but I’m genuinely scared
