I need advice or help I don't know what to do...

I'm very bad, I have no idea what to do physically and mentally...

I am 21 years old and nothing is going well for me, I have a rent to pay 300 for a job that only works on Fridays and Saturdays and they pay me 6 an hour from 10:00 p.m. to 2:00 a.m. I have a loan that I have to pay... That every time it happens it increases more... I'm afraid... Because every time I run out of options, my parents can't... help me. I have an absent father and a mother who can't help me with anything monetary... I don't know what to do.
