Samsung keeps reverting to MagicInfo

I have been going round and round with this issue. Read lots of other posts but nothing seems to be working. TV's have been runnning MagicInfo for over a year. Now corporate has assigned a new player so we are switching over. New player seems to work fine over HDMI 1 port. EXCEPT the TV's keep reverting to MagicInfo after a certain amount of time (usually some hours). And I have to change the source back to HDMI. I have tried changing the MI settings to Lite and removing the server info and changing the Auto Display settings to HDMI. For the PlayVia setting I only have MI and Custom App. This seems to be playing cached MI stuff, account with MI is gone and they confirm there is no connection being made. How do you tell these TV's to be on HDMI and stay on HDMI? So frustrating.
