Help with Modlist

I have absolutely no idea what I'm doing, so I'm turning to you guys for help, I'm starting a modlist that adds some missing features, revamps thing already in the game, adds new things like animations, but i wanna keep the classic skyrim charm. Like, I want updated graphics, but not hyper-photorealism, same for npcs, I don't mind an overhaul, but i don't want supermodels walking around. I know for sure I want Experience, SkyUI, SkyHud, More to Say, Ordinator, Cutting Room Floor, LotD, Immersive Armor and Weapons, Morrowloot Ultimate, and all the unofficial patches. Any other suggestions?
