primary school recommendation pls

Can someone please recommend some Warsaw primary schools (szkoly podstawowe) that:

1. are centrally located

2. have good support for native English speaking students who want to learn Polish and integrate smoothly into the Polish state school system (within 2 years let's say)

3. could be private, but don't charge over 4000 PLN/month

4. (optional, but would be good) have good support for high functioning neurodivergent kids
