Any autistic people with step kids who they think you're incapable of takeing care of yourself and try to take advantage of that?

🏠 Family

I am with an NT partner. She as wonderful person who loves me and will go to the end of the earth and back. I feel lucky to have her as a partner. She has always been the the one that takes care the finances however she is currently teaching me how to pay bills, take care of our house, and helping me learn other adult responsibilities so just incase if anything happens to her when she gets older, I can take care of myself. She has four adult kids which are my step kids. I love them however some of them think I can't take care of myself. Because of my disability they want to take everything including our house, get all the inheritance while I get nothing if my wife were to pass away because they think I won't benefit from any of it and that I will fail and not be able to take care of myself. It hurts my feelings that they think I'm incapable of taking care of myself because I have learned a lot and it feels like a cop out. Her son even said he would rather me live on the street then have my house in my name. I worried her kids are going to try to screw me over when my wife passes away. I'm wondering if other autistic people have also experienced this with stepkids?
