AITA for this current tension in me and my best friend’s relationship?

My [26f] best friend of 7 years [25f] has been weird towards me since her and her boyfriend broke up. We got in relationships a month apart, mine being just a month older and hers ended about a month ago. I posted my bf and I and she blocked me, said it was no hard feelings because she’s still heartbroken but she could have just unfollowed and not only that she follows other couples. She vented to my cousin, instead of me which is weird because I can’t imagine venting to my best friend’s cousin.

We both had operations recently and I was taken care of and driven by my boyfriend and we planned a movie night otp that she cancelled once she knew he was there… Which makes me question if we moved in together would she just never talk to me lmao? She told me not to forget about her because I have a boy friend but I feel like I’m getting attitudes and shade whenever I talk to her. My relationship is always being dug at when our early problems have been fixed because of communication and hers weren’t and it feels like she’s taking it out on me.
